These clips are known to be easily damaged. They are very brittle and small knocks in the car park can cause a couple to pop out of place and for the bumper to become misaligned. They will nearly always break if the bumper cover is removed or the wings are replaced. It's a two part clip but they come preassembled exactly the same as from Ford.
