Interior Door Card Push Fit Clip, Sprung Head

These are very common on Audi and VW cars but are used on just a few different Seat cars. The clip is distinctive with it's sprung head and integrated rubber sealing washer. The clips expand when pushed in and lock in place on the bodywork of the car. They are normally used for door card trim panels.
