At GreaseApe, we prioritise getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer the following shipping methods:

Orders Over £100 - Free Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days
Orders Between £0 - £99.99 - £6.50 Delivery within 2-4 business days

Delivery within 2-4 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

*Hazardous/Flammable products may take an extra 2 days due to additional checks at FedEx.*

Unfortunately we can not ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day or early the folloing day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed with 2 business days.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order's progress until it arrives at your door.

Address Accuracy

Who can open a GreaseApe B2B account?
Our B2B accounts are available to shops, trade counters, wholesalers, distributors, mobile tool vans, consumables vans and other businesses purchasing products for resale.

How do I open a B2B account?
Create an account through the GreaseApe B2B website and provide your business details. Once approved, you will be able to view Stockist pricing and place orders online.

How long does B2B account approval take?
Most account applications are reviewed within 24 hours. We may contact you if we need any additional business information.

Can I buy for my own workshop through the B2B website?
The B2B website is primarily designed for businesses purchasing products for resale. Businesses buying for their own use can buy through the main GreaseApe website. https://www.grease-ape.com/

Why can’t I see the prices?
Pricing is only visible to approved B2B customers. Log in to your account or apply for a B2B account to view Wholesale prices.

Do your prices include VAT?
prices are displayed excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added during checkout.

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value unless a specific product or offer states otherwise.

Do you provide recommended retail prices?
Yes. Recommended retail prices are shown next to most products with a line through. This is to help you understand the potential resale value of each product.

Do you offer bulk-buy discounts?
Yes. Selected products are available with quantity discounts, multipack pricing or special stockist offers. If there is anything specific you need to buy in bulk let us know and we can discuss wholesale pricing.
